We always want our customers to be happy with their orders. We do understand that sometimes that doesn't always go according to plan. We do advice that you read our terms and conditions carefully.
*PLEASE NOTE*
This applies to international returns, custom charges will be deducted from refunds or paid by customer before return is accepted.
INTERNATIONAL:
Local duties and taxes / custom charges are non-refundable, should you wish to return an item, unless the fault is on our part.
Contact us via the contact us form on the site before returning orders. Emails will be responded to within 24hours.
RETURNS POLICY
• Return items must be sent within 72 hours of reciept.
•Orders returned after their time frame will be void and returned to shipping address on the order.
• Products must be in their original condition when recieved. Cosmetics are not meant to be touched to avoid contamination. The return will be sent back to the customer if this happens.
FAULTY ITEMS
LOST ITEMS
Lost items are no fault of EllneyGloSkin , so a process is taking over by Royal Mail in the UK and your courier service outside of the UK.
Investigation to locate item takes up to 5 working days. If there isn't a positive outcome, a lost claim will be filed by EllneyGloSkin which can take up to 30 working days. Refunds or exchange will be processed after this time frame.
Please make sure returned items can be tracked or has a bar code and receipts are retained as proof.
We reserve the right to refuse any returns if these conditions are not met.
