1) WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?


All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders during sales can take up to 7 working days before dispatch.

During this unprecedented time of world pandemic, orders are now processed and dispatched within 7 working days.

Delivery companies are still working, despite their best efforts some services may be disrupted causing delays.

2) WHAT DO I DO WHEN I RECIEVE A WRONG OR FAULTY ORDER?

All orders are carefully checked before dispatch to avoid errors. In an unlikely event that you do recieve a wrong or faulty order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order for this to be rectified.

3) CAN I RETRUN MY ORDER FOR A REFUND?

At EllneyGloSkin we have a no refund or exchange policy.

All orders are handmade and often 24 to 48 hours after an order is made. Cancellations made after 48 hours will attract a fee thats has already been charged by the portal the order was made through.

Refunds and exchange only applies to wrong or faulty orders. The customer has to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order, otherwise we would assume the order is well intact.


4) HOW DO I RETURN AN ORDER?

Use the contact us form or email us and we would instruct you on how to return an order provided the order was wrong or faulty.

5) I DONT HAVE PAYPAL HOW DO I PAY?

We now have a secured way of making payments via Stripe. We don’t have the authority to view your personal payment information.
